I had an amazing experience getting my Kia Soul in for engine light diagnosis and repairs before moving!!!!! So easy to scheduled on line. They were able to get the parts I need and it was repaired that day!!!!!!!!!Great service! They also have a nation wide 2 year warranty on the parts so that is another amazing reason! A++++++++++++++++

I can’t recommend this place enough! Another shop gave me a massive quote for ton parts on my 5-year-old car. All I know about cars is how to drive and fill the tank—my dad always handled repairs until recently. But engineering background kicked in and I got suspicious, so I called a Mazda dealer just to get a quote for the replacement of a ton of parts. Mazda told me I was likely being scammed or the car was inspected by a newbie, and they recommended a second opinion.Mazda was completely booked, so I researched online reviews and called around. This place had good reviews, sounded incredibly polite and chill on the phone, so I brought it here. I'm so glad I did. They found the issues (which perfectly matched what Mazda told me), explained everything clearly, and gave me an extremely fair price. The guy here was incredibly respectful and professional. Service was fast, and straightforward. Trust isn't built in one day, but their attitude, service, price, and respectful attitude was excellent. I already told my sister about them, and I will definitely be back for my future car needs, starting with oil change. Thank you!!!!!

I love this shop, today Max fixed my dying key fob within five minutes. This is only shop I trust and today is one example of why we bring all of our vehicles here for any maintenance or repairs we need. Thanks Evergreen!

Came here multiple times. They’ve been great. Matt is a real guy and is honest about all car related things. I appreciate their service here and for calling and texting giving me updates on my car will be ready! These guys are awesome here!

They’re very honest and very fast. I can tell that they’re the type that are truthful about “If this were my car this is what I would do” when it comes to repairs. Not an upsell. Good prices. They take care of you.

I can't recommend Matt and Evergreen Auto Repair enough. I was back home in Everett visiting for a week and leaving in a couple of days when i found out my radiator hoses needed to be replaced. After being quoted a ridiculous price by another business, I called Evergreen Auto. They gave me a much better price, even though it included a new radiator on top of the hoses (which the other place didn't even say i needed). Not to mention, they had it done a full day before the other company was going to be able to have it done. Bottom line, they are fast, honest, trustworthy and friendly, their only problem is that they're in Everett and not at my current home in California LOL.
